OVERVIEW
Company Description
At Niowave, we understand the weight of what we do. Every isotope delivered supports a therapy already in motion, and depends on a supply that is consistent, controlled, and reliable.
Our responsibility and mission is to meet this need. Not only through production, but across the systems needed to maintain quality, build scale, and ensure delivery.
We are building the infrastructure that patients and next-generation therapies depend on. From Actinium-225 to emerging isotopes, our work will scale to support where oncology therapies are heading.
Boilerplate Statement
Founded in 2005 by Dr. Terry Grimm and headquartered in Lansing, Michigan, Niowave, Inc. is a medical radioisotope manufacturer that uses proprietary superconducting linear accelerator technology to produce critical isotopes for the development of targeted cancer therapies. Building on technology originally developed through research at U.S. national laboratories, the company designs, builds, and operates its own linear accelerators and has developed the radiochemistry infrastructure required for isotope production. Niowave produces isotopes, including Actinium-225, which is used in the development of targeted alpha therapies for cancer, and works with pharmaceutical companies and research institutions to support a reliable domestic supply of critical radioisotopes. Through its work, Niowave helps expand the availability of medical isotopes needed to advance the future of nuclear medicine. For more information, please visit www.niowaveinc.com.
